I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff, especially Puja, whose attentiveness resolved concerns promptly. Despite the positive aspects, coordination among the staff seemed lacking at times, which affected service efficiency. In summary, while there are minor areas needing improvement, the hotel holds promise for travelers seeking both comfort and a taste of the local culture. It’s well-suited for those wanting a distinct getaway experience.
